Freedom Pacific is a remittance and money transfer company that enables individuals and businesses to send and receive funds internationally. Our services include online transfers, multi-currency transactions, and payment processing, targeting the South Pacific region.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration;

  • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activity, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud;

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws.

3. Registration and Verification

3.1. Account Creation
You must create an account to access our services. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2. Identity Verification
We are required to verify your identity before providing our services. You agree to provide requested identification documents and cooperate with our verification process. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Fees and Charges

4.1. Service Fees
Fees for our services are disclosed at the time of transaction. Fees may include processing fees, currency conversion charges, or other applicable costs.

4.2. Changes to Fees
We reserve the right to change fees at any time. Notice of fee changes will be provided through our website or other communication channels.

5. Transaction Limits and Processing Times

5.1. Limits
We may impose limits on transaction amounts or frequencies. These limits are subject to change based on regulatory requirements or our internal policies.

5.2. Processing Times
While we strive to process transactions promptly, delays may occur due to compliance checks, banking networks, or technical issues. Freedom Pacific is not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1. Refund Requests
Refunds are only available for transactions that have not yet been processed. Once a transaction is completed, refunds are not permitted.

6.2. Cancellations
You may request to cancel a transaction before it is processed. Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account or by contacting our customer service.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Use our platform only for lawful purposes;

  • Provide accurate information for each transaction;

  • Refrain from engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activities;

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use or security breaches.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use our services for illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorism financing;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data;

  • Misrepresent your identity or transaction purpose;

  • Transfer funds on behalf of third parties without our prior approval.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and Indemnity

10.1. No Warranty
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

10.2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Pacific is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10.3. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Freedom Pacific harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. Internal Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, please contact our customer service team. We will attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

12.2. External Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the New Zealand Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme (FDRS) or the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective on the date it is published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
